fitgames cardio

FitGames classes consist of target workouts involving several exercises of high repetitions that each team has 45 minutes to complete. Group members split into two teams and work together to complete the workout before the other team. There are more than 30 class variations, all designed for participants to work together to accomplish a goal that would seem impossible for one individual to complete.

FitGames Cardio focuses on cardiovascular and core exercises using primarily one's own body weight.  This class aims to improve your overall strength and endurance.

Current Class Times: Mondays at

12:00 PM

fitgames Strength

This class provides the same FitGames class structure involving group team members working together to complete  challenging goals.

FitGames Strength includes a variety of strength and core exercises incorporating various weights and other equipment.  This class is built to test and challenge your limits.

Current Class Times: Wednesdays at 6:15 AM & 12:00 PM and Thursdays at 5:30 PM

fitgames total body

This class provides the same FitGames class structure involving group team members working together to complete  challenging goals.

FitGames Total Body combines cardiovascular, strength, and core exercises into one intense workout.  This class focuses on challenging your entire body.

Current Class Times: Fridays at 6:15 AM & 12:00 PM and Saturdays at 11:00 AM

There are more than 30 class variations, all designed for participants to work together to accomplish a goal that would seem impossible for one individual to complete.

 

FitGames is separated into 3 different categories that aim to address total body fitness:

FitGames Cardio focuses on cardiovascular and core exercises using primarily one's own body weight.

FitGames Total Body combines cardiovascular, strength, and core exercises into one challenging workout.

FitGames Strength includes a variety of strength and core exercises incorporating various weights and other equipment.

More for Core helps you not only sculpt and tone your entire abdominal area, but this class also helps strengthen those areas. More for Core also includes lower back, glute, and hip exercises for an intense total core workout.

boxing fitness

mLAB's Boxing Fitness class teaches members the basics of boxing: correct techniques, defense, and footwork. Boxing with proper form allows for a more effective workout. No previous experience is needed and all equipment will be provided. Participants will not spar.

Current Class Times: Thursdays at 12:00 PM
