Looking for an intense and energetic workout to add to your routine? Look no further! mLAB Fitness has designed exceptional group classes to take your fitness to the next level. The group fitness classes were specifically created to accommodate varying personal goals and skill levels while still pushing you to new limits. A total of 9 classes are offered each week. mLAB Fitness offers different group membership options. Individuals may purchase an annual or monthly membership which allows individuals to participate in an unlimited number of classes every week. Please call for prices. Memberships are non-refundable. 


mLAB's FitGames is the revolutionary new fitness class format in which participants work as a group to complete extreme workouts within a set time limit. FitGames consists of a target workout of several exercises of high repetitions that each team has 45 minutes to complete. Group members split into two teams and individuals choose their exercises and work at their own pace. The goal: Finish the target workout before the opposing team. There are more than 30 class variations, all designed for participants to work together to accomplish a goal that would seem impossible for one individual to complete. Everyone is motivated to work hard when racing against time and another team!


FitGames is separated into 3 different categories that aim to address total body fitness:

FitGames Cardio focuses on cardiovascular and core exercises using primarily one's own body weight.

FitGames Total Body combines cardiovascular, strength, and core exercises into one challenging workout.

FitGames Strength includes a variety of strength and core exercises incorporating various weights and other equipment.


FitGames Cardio takes place on Mondays at 12:00 PM. FitGames Strength is on Wednesdays at 6:15 AM and 12:00 PM, and Thursdays at 5:30 PM. FitGames Total Body is on Fridays at 6:15 AM and 12:00 PM, and Saturdays at 11:00 AM.



mLAB's All About Abs focuses on members' upper abs, lower abs, and obliques. All About Abs helps you not only sculpt and tone your entire abdominal area but also helps strengthen. More for Core expands the All About Abs class to include lower back, glute, and hip exercises for an intense total core workout. All About Abs/More for Core is on Mondays at 5:30 PM.



Boxing Fitness teaches members the basics of boxing: correct techniques, defense, and footwork. Boxing with proper form allows for a more effective workout. No previous experience is needed and all equipment will be provided by mLAB. Participants will not spar. mLAB Fitness offers Boxing Fitness to its members on Thursdays at 12:00 PM.
